If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, each piece is unique and small variations in colour, glaze and form are considered part of the work and not faults.

Returns

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.
• We cannot accept returns on custom, personalised or commissioned pieces.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll sort it out for you.

All items are carefully packed and shipped from our studio.
