Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone. • Full payment for the week is required to secure your child’s place. Age Requirements • The Summer Club is open to children aged 6–10 years. Cancellation & Refunds • More than 14 days before the session: full refund. • 7–14 days before the session: 50% refund. • Less than 7 days before the session: no refund. • We are happy to transfer your booking to another week if space is available. Attendance • Please arrive on time at 2:30pm and collect children promptly at 5:30pm. Materials & Clothing • All materials and aprons are provided. • Children should wear clothes suitable for creative, potentially messy activities. • On days that water activities will take place in the garden you will be notified in advance for swimming suits and sun care. (there will be no swimming, just activities including water and paints) Health & Safety • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs in the booking form. • We will ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children. Language • The camp is conducted in Greek and English. Photography & Work • Children’s projects may be photographed for promotional purposes. • Clay work will be glazed, fired, and ready in 3–4 weeks; all other projects will go home on the same day. • We may photograph or record sessions for promotional purposes. By booking, you consent to the use of these images. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before the class begins.
